Does A Drug Dog Snoop or Does it Snoop Dog Weed?
Snoop D – O – Double G is at it again, bringing the finest herb around with him all over the globe. The only problem is he continues to get caught with it. One of the rap industries biggest names for the past two decades has made it widely known that he likes to indulge in the not so occasional smoking of marijuana. Perhaps this is why he continues to be a target at airports and border crossings.
Last Thursday morning, Snoop Dogg, was arriving in an airport in Kristiansand, Norway when a police dog took a special liking to him. It turns out what the pooch was smelling was eight grams of kush that Snoop had brought with him for the journey. Luckily, anything less than 15 grams in Norway is considered not too big of a deal and the rapper only had to pay a fine of less than two thousand dollars. Which for Snoop is no big deal… he was probably more bothered about losing the pot.
Snoop was also carrying around a little too much cash than what is allowed at the airport and that raised his fine up quite a bit as well. He made that money back the very same night playing at the Hove festival in the south of Norway.
Snoop-a-loop and his entourage rocked the house down playing their repertoire of catchy singles. This is the country’s biggest music festival and Snoop played alongside some of the world’s biggest acts including Skrillex, My Morning Jacket and Wiz Khalifa.
This was not the first time Snoop was busted this year. In early January, Snoop Dogg, was charged in Sierra Blanca, Texas after a different drug dog came onto his tour bus and barked out some contraband in a garbage can at the back of the bus. The dog had found a couple joints in a pill bottle case and Snoop took full responsibility for it. It seems like the rapper must be starting to hate dogs because they keep on getting him trouble.
Leading up to the Hove Festival, almost six hundred thousand people were talking about Snoop Dogg daily on Facebook. After news of his drug bust subsided and the concert had finished, people talking about him dropped back to around four hundred thousand people which is about the average for the past few months. With over nineteen million followers and counting, the world continues to love the smoky bandit, Snopp Dogg.
