The FAT Jessica Simpson Plans On Bouncing Back Like A Tennis Ball
Whether it is from that unforgettable video in her pink bikini version of “These Boots Are Made for Walking”, throughout the entire movie, The Dukes of Hazzard, or pretty much anything Jessica Simpson did from ages 19 – 29, we remember her as that unbelievable girl next door. But with time everything changes, and Simpson has quickly gone from that naughty hotty to a hefty mommy with the arrival of her first daughter, Maxwell Drew Johnson just over two months ago.
Jessica’s daughter, Max, is her and Eric Johnson’s first child. The couple, who have been engaged for over a year and a half, were supposed to get married earlier in the year but postponed it after they got the news that Jessica was pregnant. Simpson was not shy during her pregnancy however, taking some revealing pictures for the world. She appeared totally naked on the cover of Elure magazine with only her hands covering her special parts and her pregnant belly on full display.
Maxwell was born on May 1st and not long after many people were already commenting on Jessica’s post-baby weight. Weight Watchers swept in on the opportunity to capitalize on the singer-actress-celebrity-fashionista’s current weight, offering Jessica $4,000,000 to be Weight Watcher’s new spokeswoman. Eager to get back in shape, Simpson accepted and has since been seen coming in and out of her personal trainer’s place trying to shed those pounds.
Jessica and Eric say they are ecstatic to be new parents and are enjoying all of the little things involved. Eric Johnson, a former San Fransisco 49ers Tight End, has been with Simpson since his divorce in 2010. Jessica seems to have settled down with the retired football player after a long line of celebrity boyfriends in her past including Cowboys’ quarterback, Tony Romo; Smashing Pumpkins’ frontman, Billy Corgan; acclaimed musician, John Mayer; comedian, Dane Cook; and Maroon 5 Front man, Adam Levine.
In the meantime, Jessica has been filling her time with being a new mom and working on her multi-million dollar fashion empire, which includes fragrances, accessories, purses and shoes. Her popular products continue to fly off the shelves, and this has just motivated her to expand even more. She plans on making her own line of wedding gowns and dresses for distribution throughout the world. Simpson knows all about shaping her business around her personal life. While pregnant, she released her own maternity line that continues to succeed. With a wedding in the horizon, Simpson will surely soon be back in shape, modeling some of her new wares for the world.
As the hype of her pregnancy dies down and Jessica Simpson takes the time she needs in her private life to be a new mother, less people seem to be talking about her in social networks. This may not be a bad thing, because for most of her life she has been under the spotlight, a little peace and quiet may be just what she needs. Meanwhile, her fan base continues to grow on Facebook by hundreds each day.
