Publishing with ZoomSphere is a piece of cake, and Instagram is no exception. Unlike Facebook, the steps here are a little bit different thanks to a few Instagrams restrictions, but it can’t stop us. Let’s go through it together step by step! 💪
New Publisher and Instagram
It’s been a while since we released new Publisher 2.0 with plenty of new features and facilitation. If you didn’t see all of them yet, make sure you’ll read this article. Especially when it comes to publishing on Facebook, ZoomSphere perfectly simulates the interface of social media platform. Nevertheless, Instagram almost identical.
You can prepare your Instagram posts in Publisher as well, the only difference is that instead of loading it on the social media, it is sent into your e-mail. It is caused because of Instagram didn’t publicly open API (Application Programming Interface) yet for Publisher.
Before you start publishing, add your Instagram accounts to Publisher. After that make sure to add your e-mail to the Sent status to be notified once your post goes live. If you don’t do that, we won’t be able to send the creatives into your mailbox.
Post to Instagram
In Publisher start to create a new post on connected Instagram Page. Choose the format, write in your copy and upload an image just as you wish, share the workflow with your colleagues or clients.
At the moment, you are able to post to Instagram with your mobile phone only. But ZoomSphere can notify you at a particular time when the post is planned to be published (= it has to have a due date and Approved status). At the same time, you will receive an e-mail with the whole creative, both picture and text, directly to your phone 📲
After that, easily download the image, copy the text and share it with your fans.
